Tomatoes are handpicked at the peak of their maturity, only the ideal tomatoes are picked off their vine during the first pass. They are transported to the plant with special care. Harvested fresh tomatoes are cut and spread out under the Mediterranean sun for natural drying.After drying, they are stored in our own cold storage rooms to maintain the red color. This helps us to have products available whole year with a consistent quality.
We are also processing the sun-dried tomatoes as Halves, Julienne Strips and Diced.

Fermented vegetables are made with salt which is a valuable technique that humans have been using for thousands of years. This preservation method has numerous health advantages. Fermented vegetables are rich in nutrients, fiber and digestion-enhancing enzymes. They also help the intestinal tract to maintain a healthy balance of flora by increasing the number of beneficial bacterias.
Fresh tomatoes and peppers which are harvested in the grower’s field are received at our facilities, scaled and graded upon arrival and sent to the production line to make tomatoes or pepper paste. Production line begins with collection tanks where fresh tomatoes and peppers transported to our facilities in trucks and trailers are unloaded then washing and sorting of tomatoes, peppers begin. Tomatoes are removed from these collecting tanks with pressurized water through water filled canals to sorting belts.
While the tomatoes, peppers are sorted the washing continues with a system of sprinklers on the sorting belt. Unriped tomatoes, peppers and foreign objects are sorted out. Tomatoes, peppers are cleaned and sorted, they are chopped into pieces and processed in the pre-heaters .The pulp of the pre-heated and chopped tomatoes and pepper pass through high circulatory extractors to separate the juice from skin and seeds into different tanks.
The remaining pulp of skin and seeds are used as animal feed. Tomato, pepper juices are then pumped through number of different stages of low density, low temperature and high density low temperature evaporators till it comes to consistency of tomato, pepper paste.
